Görebildiğim kadarıyla, benim verdiğim formülde bir sorun yok.
Sadece formüldeki ikinci EĞERSAY kısmındaki adres bilgisini son veri satırına göre değiştirmeniz yeterli olur.
Yani formüldeki .......))&"*")=EĞERSAY($A$1:$A$5..... yerine ...... ))&"*")=EĞERSAY($A$1:$A$353...... yazılmalı.

Performans bakımından daha iyi olacağını düşündüğüm bir başka alternatif de;
aşağıdaki birinci formülü (yardımcı hücre) uygun BOŞ bir hücreye (ben C1 hücresine uygulandığını varsaydım)
uygulayıp (tek hücreye uygulanacak, kopyalanmayacak),
sonraki formüllerden birini B1 hücresine uygulayıp liste boyunca kopyalamak.
